Like so many people in Northeast Florida, I too am a transplant. Since first moving to the area nearly 30 years ago, I have enjoyed living in Clay County, Neptune Beach, Intracoastal Jacksonville, and Putnam County. Each area has its own unique personality, charm and value. Living in different communities within our region has helped me have a better understanding of the entire area … and it has helped me to become a better Realtor for my customers.
